So, HOW do you cook your goose? Take the fear and anxiety out of cooking a goose. Learn the techniques of roasting, braising, curing and, grilling these marvelous birds, which you can also use for duck.

“It is not WHAT you cook, it is HOW you cook it.” Learn simple techiques to master the art of cooking your goose, and your duck for that matter. Sadly, these marvelous birds go unappreciated due to our fear of messing things up. And quite rightly, as these birds are a different breed from other fowl, due to their atheletic lives and fatty nature. We shall dispel the mysery.

Through demonstration, Mark with teach a number of essential techniques that are easy to master in your own kitchen.
