The classes, or seminars as I prefer to think of them, are a combination of demonstrations, individual and group hands-on cooking, and time for reflection.
All culminating in shared meals from our days’ efforts. Each seminar for 2019 will extend over three days. Joining us throughout the days and at the table will be long-term friends and associates who have been the visionaries, producers, makers and leaders of the Asheville food scene.
